At Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center, our goal is to help those with cancer look and feel their best during and after treatment. To achieve optimum healing, we believe in treating a whole person while providing a sense of empowerment.
We seek to improve well-being by complementing traditional medicine and surgical therapies with relaxing treatments such as skincare and overall wellness therapies, all performed with a passionate touch and care.
We are excited to offer a partnership with Suite HOPE (Helping Oncology Patients Esthetically), a non-profit that provides free onsite makeup and hair consultations for UT Southwestern cancer patients by a certified oncology esthetician.

Services and benefits of oncology esthetic services include:
- Advice on skin care
- Treatment for medication-related redness, rashes, and breakouts

- Treatment for nail bed and cuticle concerns
- Proper product guidance to prevent UV damage from medication-related photo-toxicity

About the Team
Jeanna Doyle, Founder of Suite HOPE
Jeanna Doyle is a licensed cosmetologist and medical aesthetic provider with special training in oncology esthetics and corrective makeup. Her innovative work in corrective makeup has been part of two scientific studies, both at UTSW; one in plastic surgery and one in oncology esthetics, which was presented as a best new practice at the AOSW (Association of Oncology Social Workers) National Conference in 2015.
Jeanna has worked in both medical and media settings. Her work in the medical community has taken her from private practices to hospitals, cancer centers, and children's hospitals, working directly with plastic and reconstructive surgeons, dermatologists, oncologists, psychologists, and social workers. In media settings, Jeanna has worked on print, television, and film projects with A-list actors, athletes, models, musicians, politicians, and even a former President and First Lady of the United States.
After assisting a girlfriend who was diagnosed with cancer, Jeanna founded the 501 c3 nonprofit, Suite HOPE (Helping Oncology Patients Esthetically). She is also the developer of a corrective makeup curriculum, The HOPE Method, which is designed to teach other esthetic professionals corrective makeup. Additionally, Jeanna is the author of Wig ED, the first beauty book on wig selection.
Jeanna writes articles and provides keynote speeches for both medical and beauty industry leaders including MD Anderson, the Cancer Knowledge Network, The Cancer Support Community, and the Mary Kay Foundation.
Becky Kuehn, Founder of Oncology Spa Solutions
Becky Kuehn is a leading educator for oncology esthetics training in the country. At the age of 18, she was diagnosed with cancer and it shaped the course of her life. She realized then (and even now) there was a huge gap in esthetic care for those going through cancer. Her journey allowed her to understand the need for human touch, compassion, and esthetic care when one is given the life-threatening diagnosis of cancer. After mindful meditation, grace, and faith, she embraced her life’s mission.
In 2013, she started Oncology Spa Solutions to inspire, enlist, and unite the spa world. She knows that she needs many oncology-trained spa professionals in order to meet her goal of having someone available at every cancer center in the U.S., so that no one has to be turned down or treated unsafely.
She has trained over 2,500 people and has a team of 12 Aesthetic-Angels that work along with her. Together, they facilitate 40-60 trainings a year. Their gifts and talents as oncology-trained spa professionals can profoundly improve the quality of life for someone through cancer treatments.
Becky is also the author of Life Changing Esthetics and a contributing author to The Estheticians Guide to Outstanding Esthetics, Vol I and Vol II. She is a requested speaker at industry conferences, and helps supply her local hospitals with programs, trained hands, and retreats.
