UT Southwestern’s family medicine physicians integrate state-of-the-art clinical and research resources with a comprehensive focus on health maintenance and improvement for the entire family, from newborns to seniors.
We offer easy access to care by providing a convenient location, same-day appointments, and a wide range of primary care services, including:
- Annual physicals, including sports physicals, well-child exams, and well-woman exams
- Preventive medicine and immunizations
- Acute illness care (for sore throat, cough, sinus infection, etc.)
- Chronic disease management for diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
Our primary care services are backed by all the subspecialty expertise of UT Southwestern. As your medical home, we’ll coordinate your health care across the UTSW network.

Our Primary Care Clinic, located at 5939 Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas, has been recognized for delivering this model of care that emphasizes high-quality care coordination by putting patients at the forefront.
