Biography
Ann Gordon, M.P.A.S., PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Originally from New Orleans, she earned her Bachelor of Science at UT Southwestern School of Allied Health Professions in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS). She practiced for five years at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas prior to earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2016, at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
She has worked in the Apheresis Department at UT Southwestern as the Patient Blood Management (PBM) Coordinator since January 2017, where she is an advocate for blood conservation and oversees life-enhancing, cutting edge therapies for patients with autoimmune disorders.
Ms. Gordon also serves as a member of the Blood Utilization Review Committee, participates in APP Journal Club, and serves as a speaker for PBM medicine. Outside of work, she serves her community through volunteer opportunities, including United to Serve.
