Christine Stiles, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She specializes in breast surgery and mommy makeovers at UT Southwestern in Frisco, Texas.
Dr. Stiles is passionate about helping her patients enhance their appearance and reveal their natural beauty.
"Patients want to look like themselves, just better," Dr. Stiles says. "Returning to the self you remember is what we can accomplish through plastic surgery."
At UT Southwestern in Frisco, Dr. Stiles aims to fully understand the lifestyle and goals of her patients. During the patient's consultation, she spends the necessary time to ask questions, address concerns, and build trust.
"During the initial consultation, we strive to ensure that our patients have a good understanding of the procedure they are interested in to build their confidence and alleviate their anxiety," Dr. Stiles says.
There are four common types of breast surgery procedures: breast augmentation, implant removal and replacement, breast lift, and breast reduction. Dr. Stiles is a highly skilled cosmetic surgeon focused on providing her patients with natural results that fit their bodies and lifestyle.
"As a woman and mother, I understand firsthand the changes a woman's body undergoes after having children. Our breasts change after pregnancy and breastfeeding. They may end up smaller or deflated, and I enjoy working with women to restore volume and bring their breasts back to where they were before they had children."
Dr. Stiles offers a variety of options for women seeking breast surgery in Frisco. Whether a woman is looking for a combination of breast lift and augmentation or a breast reduction to help relieve back, neck, and shoulder pain, Dr. Stiles has the experience and expertise to help.
She has customized a technique for breast lifts and reductions, the natural breast lift and natural breast reduction, in which no vertical scar is apparent. This adds to the natural look patients seek.
At UT Southwestern, Dr. Stiles uses Vectra 3D imaging during patient consultations. This three-dimensional view allows the patient to get an accurate picture of the results that can be achieved.
"It’s a wonderful tool for patients to see how they would look with different size implants or with a lift. I often use it when a woman is also looking to schedule a mommy makeover. This way, the patient can visualize how they will look after the tummy tuck and breast surgery."
Dr. Stiles enjoys helping mothers restore their pre-pregnancy bodies. Because each woman faces different challenges after pregnancy, she customizes each mommy makeover to address the patient's individual needs. This may include restoring fullness to the breast with implants, lifting the breasts, or reducing the breasts in combination with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to strengthen the core, remove excess abdominal skin, and contour the waist with liposuction.
The physical changes of pregnancy and the demands of motherhood often leave women unhappy with their appearance and frustrated with their ability to improve their bodies on their own.
"It’s a privilege to help someone along the journey of such a powerful change in their life," she says.
Whether through a mommy makeover, breast surgery, or other body contouring procedure, Dr. Stiles' goal is to help her patients achieve youthful, natural-looking results that help them feel better about themselves.
"It makes a real difference in people's lives," she says, "and it’s wonderful to watch a patient's self-confidence soar post-operatively."
After 18 years in private practice, Dr. Stiles joined the UT Southwestern Department of Plastic Surgery in Frisco so that she could offer patients her expertise with the resources of a world-class institution.
