To help you stay connected during your visit to William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, we offer free internet access points, or “hot spots,” for guests with mobile devices or laptop computers capable of receiving wireless signals.
These hot spots allow users to access the internet from their devices if they are within range of the access points.
Please note that as with most public wireless hot spots, the UT Southwestern wireless connection is not secure. Any information you send or receive could potentially be intercepted by a third party. You should not transmit your credit card information, passwords, or any other sensitive personal information while using any public wireless hot spot.
Signing On
With wireless enabled, open your internet browser to access the UTSW Guest Network login page.
The network ID is “Guest.”
If the login page does not appear, verify that you are connecting to the guest SSID in your area and/or that a proxy is not configured on your browser. Close and reopen the browser.
You will be asked to enter your email address and agree to the Acceptable Use Agreement. (Note: Your email address will be used only to create a digital signature.)
Public Computers
You may also use our public computers, which are available to patients and visitors in our Patient and Family Resource Center, located in the ground-floor lobby near the hospital’s main entrance.
