Dr. T. Spark Corwin

Terry Spark Corwin, M.D., specializes in stone disease, benign prostate hyperplasia, vasectomy, and general urology. After conducting a private practice in Everett, Washington, for 17 years, a decade of which he served as Chief of Urology at Providence Regional Medical Center, he returned to his home state of Texas and joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2020.

Dr. Gary Lemack

Gary Lemack, M.D., specializes in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, and voiding dysfunction in the setting of neurologic disease. In particular, he cares for patients with bladder conditions stemming from spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Lemack joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 1999.

To make the most of your time with the doctor, prepare a list of questions ahead of time and bring it to your appointment.

On the day of the appointment, please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. We do our best to see patients at their scheduled appointment time.

  • Current medications
  • Completed paperwork, if you received forms before the visit
