This 46-year-old female patient desired a rejuvenated look. Injectable fillers are customized depending on the particular needs of the patient. She received Juvéderm Plus® filler to her upper and lower lips for shape and volume and Volumna® for fullness to her cheeks. She looks refreshed and natural.

This is a healthy 70-year-old woman who wanted to look refreshed and natural. Redefining the placement of the SMAS replaced the facial structure she had when she was younger. The neck lift raised the skin from under her ear to along her jawline, and the platysmal bands in the front of her neck were contoured. This lift of the skin and underlying muscle gave her a naturally de-aged lower face and neck.

This 51-year-old female lost 100 pounds following gastric sleeve surgery. After maintaining a healthy, stable weight, she was a good candidate for post-bariatric surgery. In her abdominoplasty, her skin was lifted and tightened and over three pounds of excess tissue were removed, and her belly button was relocated.

This is 32-year-old female patient who was a good candidate with stable weight maintenance. In other cases, simple aging can be the cause of lost tone in the thighs. She is shown here seven months following thighplasty. Approximately 1100gms of skin and fat with an additional 500cc of lipoaspirate were removed during the procedure.
