Our Services
The Richardson/Plano Neurology Clinic is a full-service practice, where providers evaluate and treat a wide range of neurologic conditions. Our services include:
- General neurology
- Headache and facial pain
- Movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease
Support services available on-site include:
- Laboratory services
- Imaging and radiology services
When needed, our physicians can also make referrals to UT Southwestern’s Medical Center for Neurosciences and its specialized multidisciplinary programs for the treatment of conditions such as strokes or aneurysms, brain tumors, epilepsy, neuropathy and dementia.
The Neurology Clinic can also refer patients for neurosurgery, neuropsychiatry, skull-base surgery, advanced imaging, and physical medicine and rehabilitation services.

Padraig O’Suilleabhain, M.D., specializes in the treatment of movement disorders. He also serves as Director of Ambulatory Neurology Services. Dr. O’Suilleabhain has been recognized by D Magazine as a “Best Doctor” in Dallas and received the Dystonia Doctors of Excellence Award from the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation.
