Award Eligibility Criteria

All UTSW clinical faculty, regardless of site of service, are eligible for this award.

Nomination Information

The Award Review Committee will strongly consider specific examples and detailed descriptions of the nominee’s exceptional characteristics as they relate to this award.

All members of the UTSW community may submit nominations for this award.

Nominations will be accepted online from June 20 - August 3.
