The UT Southwestern Monty and Tex Moncrief Medical Center at Fort Worth recognizes the long-standing support and vision of the Moncrief family, which has enabled UT Southwestern’s growing clinical presence in Fort Worth.
The center includes a retail pharmacy and a lab collection site. Imaging is available at the nearby Moncrief Cancer Institute. Parking is free and conveniently located directly in front of the building on the corner of South Main Street and West Annie Street.
The outpatient facility builds on UT Southwestern’s expansion at the nearby Moncrief Cancer Institute, which houses Simmons Cancer Center Fort Worth, a satellite facility of UT Southwestern’s Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center – the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in North Texas.
The onsite retail pharmacy is conveniently located on the first floor and is open to the public, providing both prescriptions and refills. It also offers custom compounding and special orders; a variety of over-the-counter items, including vitamins, supplements, pain, allergy, cough/cold, eye care, stomach, first aid products, dry skin lotions, limited Durable Medical Equipment (DME); and a 15% discount on over-the-counter products for all UT Southwestern and Moncrief Texas Health Resources employees.
Staffed with UT Southwestern faculty physicians, the Monty and Tex Moncrief Medical Center at Fort Worth has more than 106,500 square feet of space and offers exceptional outpatient care and consultations. Tarrant county residents now have access to UT Southwestern providers in more than a dozen specialties.
